i'm back!

i know it has been a while since i last posted. did you miss me? my apologies -- first my grandma came into town, and then my grandpa larry visited. we were very busy -- too busy, in fact, to update this blog. not that that was a good enough excuse for my mom, who wouldn't stop with the questions. "when are you updating the blog?" "how come i don't have any mailee updates?" i can't be "on" all the time, you know? plus i'm tired at night, ok, car-- i mean, ok, mommy? geez. anyway, this photo was taken on the day that mommy and grandma had brunch with a bunch of mommy's friends at our apartment. i got to sit on the floor in the middle, with everyone sitting around me, in what is commonly referred to as an "estrogen circle." meanwhile, daddy was in his bedroom watching every NFL game on satellite tv and rooting for his fantasy football players, in what he called the "testosterone zone." (daddy has no friends.)
